Drawing on the embryological development and anatomy of the limbs, we explore the acts of reaching out, giving, and receiving\u2014movements that connect us to our surroundings. Practicing the balance between \u201cyes\u201d and \u201cno,\u201d between surrender and withdrawal, leads to greater authenticity.
